Our keepsake sweaters are thoughtfully crafted using your sentimental clothing — whether it’s baby outfits or blankets, a loved one’s favorite shirt, and/or fabric (see additional information section below) tied to a special memory. Each piece is designed, cut, and stitched with care to create a cozy, wearable heirloom that honors your story.
Every sweater is one-of-a-kind, made to preserve the emotions and memories woven into the fabrics you cherish most. Your memories deserve to be felt, not just stored away.
FRONT TEXT can be customized to any title such as MAMA, MOM, DAD, PAPA, GRANDMA, GRANDPA, ETC.
Please Note: If title is longer than 4 letters, the font and size will need to be modified to fit. The year underneath is optional, but if desired please include, for example: "MAMA EST 2025"
SLEEVE EMBROIDERY is optional and includes up to four (4) names on the left sleeve. Please enter the names you'd like included and in order from top to bottom in the personalization field.
AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED we will reach out to you with the shipping and/or drop off location. Please ensure you include your name and order number in your package. Please Note: If mailing fabrics, the customer is responsible for the mailing costs.

Please only send fabrics that can safely be ironed. If you’re unsure whether your materials are suitable, just send us a message first — we’re happy to help! Once your fabrics arrive, we’ll review them and send thread color recommendations that best match both your materials and the sweater. Any unused fabric will be returned to you with your completed order.
How many clothing items do I send?
You can send in as many pieces as you’d like. We can use a different piece of clothing per letter if desired.
You’re welcome to send as many pieces as you’d like. We can even use a different item for each letter if you prefer.
Examples:
For ONE Sweater: Minimum of one newborn or 3-month long-sleeve sleeper or one blanket. If you’d like each letter to feature a different fabric, please send multiple clothing items to ensure we have enough material for each section.*
For TWO matching Sweaters:
Minimum of one long-sleeve 6-month sleeper, or multiple items, or one blanket.*
*Short sleeve onesies are okay too, but please send multiple to ensure enough fabric for your keepsake, for example: at least 2-3 short-sleeve onesies needed for one MAMA sweater.
1. Clothing Condition Please send freshly washed clothing. We can’t use items that are soiled, stained, or have strong odors.
2. Cutting & Embroidery Your garment will be cut and embroidered as part of the custom keepsake process and cannot be restored to its original state. Leftover fabric will be returned unless requested otherwise. Please ensure you’re ready to part with your garment. We can’t replace sentimental or irreplaceable items if damaged.
3. Unusable Materials We can’t work with leather, thick vinyl, sequins, or bulky fabrics.
4. Shipping Responsibility Customers cover all shipping costs and are responsible for items in transit. Please use a trackable service.
5. Natural Variations Each keepsake is individually crafted, so gentle variations in stitching or shape may occur.
6. No Returns / Refunds All sales are final once embroidery begins. We can’t accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom keepsakes.
7. CommunicationThread color selections will be sent via email. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) so we can complete your keepsake smoothly.
8. Photos & Videos We occasionally share photos or short clips of our keepsakes to showcase the love and detail behind each piece.If you’d prefer yours to remain private, just let us know, we’ll always respect that. 💛
Current turnaround times are 2-4 weeks AFTER we receive your fabric items.
