Preorder Policy

Preorder Items

Items marked as PREORDER are made to order and are not ready to ship at the time of purchase.

Payment is collected at checkout.

Preorders are offered in limited quantities to ensure each piece is created with care. Once an item is sold out, it will not be restocked during this drop.

Turnaround Time:

Preorder items will ship in 2–4 weeks from the close of the preorder window. This timeframe may vary slightly based on order volume, but we always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.

Cancellations & Changes:

Due to the custom nature of preorder items, preorders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.

If your order contains both preorder and ready-to-ship items, the entire order will ship together once the preorder item is complete.

• All orders, excluding Custom Keepsakes, ship within 10–15 business days, unless noted as a pre-order or otherwise stated in the product description.
• Once an order has shipped, Unraveled Threads Collective is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages.

Custom Keepsakes:

Each sweatshirt is custom-made from your own cherished clothing, making it truly one-of-a-kind. Because every piece is personalized and the appliqué process is permanent once embroidery begins, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

We kindly ask for your understanding, as this policy ensures the integrity of your keepsake and protects the time and care that go into each handmade creation.

All Other Products:

If a mistake was made on our end (wrong item, color, or design), please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery or pickup date.

• Items that have been worn or used are not eligible for return or refund.
  
• If the item can be corrected, it will be remade (no refunds issued).
  
• If the item is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
  
• When an item is remade, no changes may be made beyond correcting the original error.

Monitor and screen settings may vary. Product photos are intended as a color reference only, and exact color matches cannot be guaranteed.
